Abstract
This Law amends several provisions part of the Law on the environmental protection (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska 72/2012, and already amended in Gazette 79/2015). Main changes are related to general terms, soil protection including the surface and subsurface layers of soil, administrative and procedural matters, several provisions on environmental impact assessment, environmental permits and offences and penalties.
