Law amending and supplementing the Law on freshwater fisheries.

This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law on freshwater fisheries (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina 64/2004 and already amended in the Gazette 27/2010). Changes are regarding the contents of article 5 (competent cantonal authorities and related procedural matters), article 6 (fishing area management and permit procedures), article 10 (procedures related to the annual fisheries programme, fees and charges), article 17 (issues on permit for commercial fishing), article 18 (distribution of funds deriving from the concession fees).
