Law amending and supplementing the Law on hunting.

This Law amends several parts of the Law on hunting (originally published in Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska 60/2009). Changes are regarding the contents of article 3 (terms regarding the scope of general interest), article 4 (definition of terms), article 5 (wildlife protection rules, list of species), article 8 (permanent protection of certain species), articles 29, 30, 31, 33 and 36 (hunting grounds and their use), articles 44 and 46 (hunting cadaster and planning), articles 47, 54, 55 and 56 (hunting and use of wildlife resources, wildlife trophies), articles 63, 64 and 65 (protection, breeding of wildlife and improving of hunting), article 70 (hunting related human resources), article 79 (transitional provisions, indicated new regulations that shall be adopted).
