Abstract
This Law regulates the management of hunting resources, concrete hunting management, provisions regarding the ownership of wildlife, systematic categorization of wildlife and its protection, hunting grounds, planning in hunting and hunting grounds cadastre, hunting and equipment/methods, prevention and fees for damages.
The provisions of this Law also includes the Integrated Protection principle, mandatory planning of hunting areas, sustainable use and permanent improving of the quality of hunting and other hunting fund resources.
The Law further sets the duties, obligation and requirements for the control of general interest in hunting, through the competent national Ministry and the national Forest Agency.
The Law is divided into XI Chapters and 82 articles, including the offences and related penalties.
