Abstract
This Law amends and adds several provisions to the Law on planting material (Republic of Srpska, originally published in the Official Gazette 37/2009). Changes are regarding the contents of articles 8, 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 22 and 26 (planting material production terms); articles 26, 27 (trading rules, also added sub-articles 27a and 27b); articles 63, 66, 68 and 69 (offences/penalties and transitional provisions).
