Abstract
This Law amends and adds several provisions to the Law on tobacco (Republic of Srpska, originally published in the Official Gazette 72/2012). Changes are regarding the contents of article 1 (general provisions); articles 3, 4, 7, 8, 9 and 10 (production, processing and purchase of tobacco); and articles 14, 15, 22, 25, 26, 29, 33, 34, 35, 36 (offences and penalties) and 37; a new article (39a) is also here added (obligations for legal entities, entrepreneurs and natural persons who perform tobacco production, in relation to amended terms).
