Abstract
This Law regulates the conditions and manner of production and processing of all tobacco products, the technical standards of production, sorting, marking the maximum levels of tar, nicotine and carbon monoxide in cigarettes, keeping registers and records as well as various other issues of importance for tobacco.
The Law is divided into VII Chapters and 26 articles, including the offences and related penalties.
