Abstract
This Law amends several provisions part of the Law on waste management (originally published Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina 33/2003).
Changes are regarding the contents of article 4 (definition of terms), article 6 (general waste management planning terms), article 8 (strategic waste management plan of the BiH Federation), article 9 (Cantonal waste management plans), article 12 (minor terms changed), article 16 (Manufacturer responsibility), 19 (minor terms changed), article 33 (waste disposal), article 38 (General requirements concerning the transboundary movement of wastes), article 39 (Transboundary movement commenced in the BiH Federation), article 40 (Transboundary movement when the BiH Federation is the destination), article 41 (Transboundary movement when the BiH Federation is transit country), article 53 (Sanctions), articles 55 and 58 (transitional provisions).
