Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law on waste management (originally published Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina 33/2003 and already amended in the Gazette 72/2009).
Changes are regarding the contents of article 4 (definition of terms), article 6 (general waste management planning terms), article 18 (added provisions on manufacturer responsibility), 19 (minor terms changed), article 33 (waste disposal), article 37 (added provisions to the registration in the Land Register), article 53 (Sanctions) and article 58 (transitional provisions).
