Abstract
This Law amends some provisions part of the Law on waste management (originally published Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina 33/2003 and already amended in Gazettes 72/2009 and 92/2017).
Changes are regarding the contents of article 3 (Waste management priorities), article 4 (added definition of terms), article 33 (added provisions on waste disposal), article 49 (added provisions to issues related to the control of waste management operations), article 53 (added new penalty provisions) and article 58 (transitional provisions-application timing).
