Abstract
This Law amends several provisions part of the Forest Law (Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska 75/2008).
Major changes are related to definitions and general denominations in the forestry sector (institutions, state bodies and other names); use and other rules on forest products (article 77); planning, construction and maintenance of roads for the management of forests (article 81); funding used for the preparation of natural land for the purpose of reforestation, afforestation, filling of newly-designated forest cultures, protection of forests from plant diseases, pest and fire, design, construction, reconstruction and maintenance of forest land (article 88); and certain offences and penalties (article 102).
