Abstract
This Law amends various provisions prescribed by the Law on the environmental protection (Official Gazette 33/2003).
Major changes are related to the general terms and definitions, technical aspects and related standards, administrative requirements including the procedures and official forms, licence and permits related to the environmental issues, competent authorities and their duties and responsibilities, inspection and offences and penalties provisions.
