Abstract
This Law amends some provisions prescribed by the Law on the environmental protection (Official Gazette of the Republic of Srpska 71/2012).
Significant changes are related to several terms and obligations regarding the environmental impact assessment study, EIA access to information issues and necessary deriving reports; administrative rules for the issuance of ecological and environmental permits (articles 85 and 96 of the original text). In addition, some minor amendments are made.
