Abstract
This Law amends certain provisions part of the Law on the financial support for agriculture and rural development (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina 42/2010).
Changes are regarding the contents of article 3 (paragraph 2) which indicates related funds for financial support, that shall be provided in the budget of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina for each calendar year. Amended provisions are now indicating that previously established percentage of 3 to 6% of tax and non-tax revenues, shall not include federal pension and disability insurance contributions.
