Abstract
This Law amends several provisions stipulated by the Law on seeds of agricultural plants (Official Gazette 37/2009 and 100/2011).
Significant changes are related to the general terms and definitions (article 3); agricultural plant seed producer obligations in terms of data delivery, registration and certification; new part of the article 79 that declares that varieties registered in countries bordering Bosnia and Herzegovina which have similar agro-ecological conditions may be admitted without testing in the field of experiment or in laboratory; and offences and penalties.
