Abstract
This Law prescribes the complete conditions and correct and safe manner of production, production control, processing, quality testing, packaging, labelling and marking, traffic and facility controls, research and inspection all related to the agricultural seeds, seedlings and mycelium of edible and medicinal mushrooms, and all varieties of agricultural plants part of the varieties already registered and classified in the Register of agricultural plants.
The provisions of this Law aimed to establish the necessary recognition of agricultural plants shall not apply to varieties of flowers, medicinal, aromatic and seasoning herbs, mixtures of grass in parks and sports fields and mycelium of edible and medicinal mushrooms.
The Law is divided into XIV Chapters and 104 articles, including the offences and related penalties.
