Abstract
This Law defines various issues related to the direct financial support in agricultural sector and rural development on the territory of the Tuzla Canton (part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina). This Law closely regulates the source and concrete amount of funds intended for financial support, the general conditions for the realization of financial support (models of financial support), and other issues in connection with financial support funded from the budget of the Tuzla Canton.
Financial support to agriculture and rural development will be implemented mostly through incentives, co-payments and premiums, through the direct purchase and processing of agricultural products, and also by respecting the rules of the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the principles of the EU.
This Law is divided into IX Chapters and 35 articles, including the offences and related penalties.
The Annex is also an integral part of this text.
