Abstract
This Law prescribes the provisions granting the concrete financial support to primary agricultural production on the territory of the Tuzla Canton (part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina).
This Law closely defines the sources and amounts of funds available, administrative issues, commitments and supervision, and adoption/respect of the rules of the World Trade Organization (WTO) and the principles of the EU.
This Law is divided into VIII Chapters and 26 articles, including the offences and related penalties.
