Abstract
This Law regulates the production of food with organic production methods of the Republic of Srpska (also intended as organic farming).
This Law applies to the following products (which are already labelled and/or are intended to be labelled as organic products or products obtained with organic methods): unprocessed agricultural plant products, and unprocessed animal products; products intended for human consumption; products intended for human consumption, which contain components of animal origin and that meet the requirements of organic production; food products, whose components are sourced from primary agricultural production.
The Law is divided into XV Chapters and 79 articles, including all offences and related penalties.
