Order on the organization of activities in shops of basic foodstuff.

This Order sets the manner for the organization of physical activities engaged in food and foodstuff trade, in terms of necessary hygiene and sanitary premises and distancing in closed spaces (due to the national public health emergency caused by Covid-19).
Food shops/stores and vending facilities and markets or supermarkets, bakeries, pharmacies, and gas/petrol stations are all subject to the provisions of this text, and it is duty of local and cantonal bodies to implement, inspect and report over the implementation of the rules here prescribed (see point 1 and 2 of article 1).
