Program for special surveillance (system control) of quarantine harmful organisms on potatoes in Bosnia and Herzegovina for the year 2020.

This Program for special surveillance (system control) of quarantine harmful organisms on potatoes in Bosnia and Herzegovina for the year 2020 is carried out with the aim of determining the presence or absence of quarantine harmful organisms on potatoes at the points of entry of potato shipments imported into Bosnia and Herzegovina, and at places of production of seed and commercial potatoes, distribution centers and storage places. In order to ensure the achievement of set goal, special monitoring will investigate the wider area, i.e. the localities where potatoes are grown in BiH in order to determine the status of the researched area in relation to the target organisms, and determine the possible path of their entry and/or spread in BiH. An important goal of special supervision is the fulfillment of phytosanitary conditions for the production, movement and especially export of potatoes.
