Abstract
This Programme, based on the provisions of the Law on plant health protection (Republic of Srpska), determines the measures, deadlines, manner of implementation of measures, entities that implement them, sources and manner of provision and use of funds, as well as the manner of control over the implementation of measures of special supervision as regards the presence of Phytophthora fragariae var. rubi (Wilcox and Duncan) Man in’t Veld - the cause of raspberry phytophthora on the territory of Republika Srpska in 2021. The goal of this Programme is to determine possible presence, that is absence of quarantine pest Phytophthora rubi at points of entry of consignments of host plants imported into the Republika Srpska, in registered plant nurseries and on production plantation sites that are engaged in the production of known host plants.
