Programme of special control over the presence of the quarantine pest Xylophilus ampelinus (Panagopoulos) Willems et al. causative agent of bacterial grapevine blight on the territory of Republika Srpska in 2021.

This Programme, based on the provisions of the Law on plant health protection (Republic of Srpska), determines the measures, deadlines, manner of implementation of measures, entities that implement them, sources and manner for provision and use of funds, area of operation, as well as methods of control of the implementation of measures for special control over the presence of Xylophilus ampelinus (Panagopoulos) Willems et al. - the causative agent of bacterial grapevine blight on the territory of Republika Srpska in 2021. The aim of this Programme is to determine the presence or absence of the quarantine harmful organism Xylophilus ampelinus which is the causative agent of grapevine blight on agricultural holdings, in production plantations, in backyards and at points of entry of plant consignments of plants that are known pathogen hosts (subject to phytosanitary inspection upon import). The only host of this pathogen is the grapevine (Vitisvinifera L.).
