Regulation on activities and methods for the development of best available techniques.

This Regulation prescribes the best available techniques for achieving environmental quality standards, the content of technical instructions on best available techniques, decision-making and the method of work of working groups for the preparation and updating of technical instructions on best available techniques and the criteria for determining best available techniques. Best available techniques are the most effective and advanced stage of development of activities and the method of their implementation, which indicate the practical suitability of certain techniques in order to provide the basis for emission limit values and other conditions from the environmental permit in accordance with the Law on environmental protection.
