Abstract
This Regulation determines additional guarantees for farms in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in order to meet the conditions for export to countries of the European Union and for the purpose of implementation of the Regulation on the measures for the prevention, control and eradication of transmissible spongiform encephalopathies (published in the Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina 25/2011).
A list of countries with an approved national scrapie control programme for additional guarantees for holdings is provided in the Annex which is also part of this text (see article 2). Additional guarantees for farms are listed in article 3 (sheep and goats exported from Bosnia and Herzegovina to the countries listed in the Annex must observe several rules and animal health indications).
