Abstract
This Regulation here officially adopts the Cantonal environmental protection plan of Sarajevo Canton (part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina). The Plan is valid for five years, starting November 2017.
This Regulation also defines that the implementation of the above mentioned plan will be under the responsibility of holders of activities that are determined by the Action plan, which is an integrated part of the Cantonal environmental protection plan. For the monitoring purposes, as regards the control over the effective implementation of the rules brought b this plan, the Coordination committee for implementation of the Cantonal Plan will be nominated by the local government (see article IV).
