Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on environmental protection fund and of the Statute of the environmental protection fund of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, prescribes the necessary criteria and benchmarks for evaluating applications for obtaining funding from the revolving funds (part of funds granted by the Environmental Protection Fund of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. This text further also specifies general conditions of financing, and determines which projects are qualified and eligible as energy efficiency projects.
