Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on environmental protection fund and of the Statute of the environmental protection fund of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, prescribes the criteria and benchmarks for evaluation of applications for allocation of funds from the Revolving Fund for water protection and waste recycling projects. Funds from the Revolving Fund are at the disposal of the Environmental Protection Fund of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and these funds, in accordance with related financial opportunities, will be provided for annual and medium term financial plans and work programmes of the Fund. The Fund may pool its assets with other domestic and international institutions and bodies.
