Abstract
This regulation amends certain parts of the Regulation on conditions and manner of leasing water land (originally published in Official Gazette of the Republika Srpska 105/2017). Changes are regarding the contents of articles 6 (contents, documentation and procedures for submitting the request for use of specific water lands), 7 (professional tasks, duties and obligations of relevant institutions during the lease grant procedure) and 11 (public interest and harmonization of conditions for leasing water land-amount of annual lease fees).
