Abstract
This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Water Law (Republika Srpska), prescribes the conditions, manner and procedure of leasing water land as part of public water resources aimed for use (also related fees and charges, see articles 11 and 12). Water land as a part of a public water resource may be subject of use through lease and only if such water land use will not have a negative impact on the resent water regime. Water land can be used by leasing for: 1) installation of temporary facilities; 2) construction of water facilities; 3) needs of agricultural production; 4) performing sports, cultural, recreational and tourist activities; 5) installation of advertising devices and objects; 6) laying of installation lines; 7) needs of seasonal tourism; 8) plantation cultivation of forest tree species.
