Regulation amending and supplementing the Regulation on the management of packaging and packaging waste.

This Regulation adds and amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the management of packaging and packaging waste (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina 88/2011, and already amended in Gazettes 28/2013, 8/2016, 54/2016, 103/2016 and 84/2017). Changes are regarding the five-year periodic goals that are added to article 11; agreements that are regulated in article 17 (in relation with the provisions of article 6 of the original text); payment of related fees (article 21, paragraph 9). Also contents of Annex III are here amended (see indications in article 4 of this amending publication-specific goals prescribed for the year 2021).
