Abstract
This Regulation amends and adds several provisions to the Regulation on maximum levels for certain contaminants in food (originally published in the Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina 68/2014 and already amended in Gazettes 79/2016 and 9/2017). Changes are regarding the contents of article 8 (dried, diluted, processed and compounded foods), article 15 (transitional provisions and related issues), article 16 (inspection provisions), some technical provisions that are contained in the Annex. In addition to these amended and added provisions, this Regulation also adopts certain European Union legislation (Commission Regulation (EU) 2015/1137 of July 13, 2015 amending Regulation (EC) no. 1881/2006 regarding the maximum permitted amount of ochratoxin A in spices Capsicum spp; Commission Regulation (EU) 2017/1237 amending Regulation (EC) No. 1881/2006 as regards a maximum level of hydrocyanic acid in unprocessed whole, ground, milled, cracked, chopped apricot kernels placed on the market for the final consumer; Commission Regulation (EU) 2018/290 of 26 February 2018 amending Regulation (EC) 1881/2006 as regards maximum permitted levels of glycidyl esters of fatty acids in vegetable oils and fats, infant formulae, follow-on formulae and food for special medical purposes intended for infants and young children).
