Regulation amending and supplementing the Regulation on phytosanitary register and plant passports.

This Regulation amends various provisions of the Regulation on phytosanitary register and plant passports (originally published in the Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina 5/2013). Changes are regarding the contents of article 2 (meaning of terms), 3 (Phytoregister), 4 (Place of production), 5 (Responsible person and person responsible for plant health), 8 (Conditions for enrollment in Fitoregistar), 9 (Application for registration), 10 (Decision on enrollment in Fitoregistar), 11 (Deletion from Phytoregister), 13 (Obligations of registered owners and persons responsible for plant health), 31 (Checking the health status of plants) and 36 (Phytoregistrar and passport for plants). Also new parts are here added to the Annex I (form-plant owner's statement on fulfillment of prescribed obligations arising from registration).
