Regulation on phytosanitary register and plant passports.

This Regulation prescribes all necessary requirements for registration of producers, processors, importers and distributors of certain plants, plant products and facilities dealing/engaged in plant production/processing, aimed to protect the plant health on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This Regulation further defines the criteria for professional qualifications; form and content of requests for in the National phytosanitary register; the data to be entered and/or cancelled; contents and methods of keeping and maintaining the Register; as well as conditions that are related to the exemption from the obligation of registration.
The rules here prescribed are also aimed to regulate certain aspects of the working conditions and other issues for the facilities dealing with plants; conditions and content of the request for plant passports; obligations of persons who have obtained a license for issuing passports for plants; classification of types of plant passports.
