Regulation amending the Regulation on the amount of compensation and on the manner of distribution of funds for performed veterinary-health examinations and controls on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the amount of compensation and on the manner of distribution of funds for performed veterinary-health examinations and controls on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina 51/2011, and already amended in Gazettes 55/2012 and 5/2016). Changes are regarding the contents of article 27 (paragraph 2) that is here cancelled; article 28 which now states that the director of the veterinary organization is obliged to submit a monthly statement to the Federal Ministry about amounts of fees for performed veterinary-health care reviews no later than the 10th of the month for the past month (as indicated in the Form n.3-part of the Annex which is also here amended and included).
