Abstract
This Regulation determines the amount of fees for compulsory veterinary health examinations and control on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, including the manner of their calculation, and the manner of collecting and paying of such fees, the manner of distribution and purpose of collected the funds, actions of the veterinary inspector and of veterinary organizations designated to carry out these inspection tasks in registered facilities.
This text is structured into seven Chapters, as follows: I. General provisions; II. Fee amounts; III. Manner of distribution and purpose of funds; IV. Duties and obligations of the veterinary Inspector, authorized veterinarian and owner or user of the facility; V. Printing and distributing forms; VI. Supervision; VII. Transitional and final provisions.
