Abstract
This Regulation amends certain provisions brought by the Regulation on conditions and procedure for issuing the approval for placing of genetically modified food and feed on the market of BiH for the first time and requirements related to their traceability and labelling (Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina 78/2012).
This amending text adds several provisions in relation to the content of the application and its requirements that will be approved in accordance with the applicable European Union Regulations (sets various European Union related provisions, articles 17 and 18).
