Abstract
This Regulation here determines the necessary conditions, terms and related procedures as regards the first time issuance of market permits for genetically modified food and feed on the territory of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
This text also sets the: provisions aimed at ensuring the principle of health protection and protection of human life, protection of health and welfare of animals, environment and interest of consumers; related labelling provisions, including several issues for the effective control, inspection, monitoring and traceability of such genetically modified food and/or feed; emergency procedure (see article 31);
The Annex is part of this publication (containing standards and references).
