Regulation amending the Regulation on detailed conditions for the production, trade, testing, control, record keeping and advertising of veterinary medicinal products.

This Regulation amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on detailed conditions for the production, trade, testing, control, record keeping and advertising of veterinary medicinal products (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina 40/1999).
Changes are related to the introduction of new indications (article 2): "Legal entities that produce veterinary medicinal products for the purpose of placing of the same on the market, must comply during the process of production and quality control, storage and distribution, with principles of good manufacturing practices (GMP)”. Article 19 is amended as follows: “Veterinary medical devices may be placed on the market provided that they have a certificate of manufacturer and the CE marking (imprinted directly on the product or on its packaging).
