Abstract
This Regulation prescribes detailed conditions (technical, spatial, procedural) for the production, trade, testing, control, keeping records and advertising of veterinary medical products (veterinary medical equipment and devices), as in accordance with the Federal Law on medicinal products for veterinary use.
Legal persons may perform the activities such as production, trade (import wholesale, retail trade), testing, control, keeping records and advertising of veterinary medical products in only if they meet the conditions specified in this text. Production, trade, testing and control of veterinary medicinal products can be performed only on the basis authorizations of the Federal Ministry of agriculture, water management and forestry.
