Regulation amending the Regulation on the manner of conducting risk assessment and preparation of risk assessment study for introduction, re-introduction and breeding of foreign species and procedure for issuing permits for introduction of foreign species into the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This Regulation amends certain parts of the Regulation on the manner of conducting risk assessment and preparation of risk assessment study for introduction, re-introduction and breeding of foreign species and procedure for issuing permits for introduction of foreign species into the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina 102/2015).
Contents of article 18 (entitled: Expert opinion of the Commission) are here extended with new contents and with new sub-articles (18a and 18b), regarding procedural and administrative issues in relation to Commission’s work.
