Regulation on the manner of conducting risk assessment and preparation of risk assessment study for introduction, re-introduction and breeding of foreign species and procedure for issuing permits for introduction of foreign species into the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on nature protection, prescribes the necessary manner for conducting risk assessment and preparation of risk assessment studies for introduction, re-introduction and breeding of foreign species; this text further sets the procedure for issuance of related permits for introduction of such foreign species into the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. An assessment is also required for individual parts of plants, animals and fungi that are capable of self reproduce in any way.
