Regulation amending the Regulation on the manner of determining the boundary of a water resource and on the procedure for determining the affiliation of a land plot to a public water resource.

This Regulation amends several provisions part of the Regulation on the manner of determining the boundary of a water resource and on the procedure for determining the affiliation of a land plot to a public water resource (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina 26/2009).
Changes are as follows: paragraphs 2 and 4 in article 4 are replaced (procedural issues for defining the boundary of a water resource); in article 5 paragraphs 5, 6 and 7 are added, and a new article (5a) is also added. Article 6 is amended and reedited (cadastral procedures, indications on competent institutions). Article 10 is now deleted. Articles 11, 14 and 15 are also amended (transitional and final provisions).
