Regulation on the manner of determining the boundary of a water resource and on the procedure for determining the affiliation of a land plot to a public water resource.

This Regulation prescribes the manner for determining the boundary of a water resource, and sets the procedure for determining the possible affiliation of land parcels to larger public water resources. Water property in the sense of this text is a set of land plots defined in article 7 (paragraphs 1 and 2) of the Federal Water Law. Public water good is a set of land plots as defined in article 9 (paragraphs 1 and 2) of same Water Law.
Chapter II is related tit he rules on determination of the boundary of water property; Chapter III sets out the necessary procedure for determining the belonging or affiliation of a specific land plot to an existing public water good/resource.
