Regulation amending the Regulation on the method for determining the ecological acceptable flow.

This Regulation amends some provisions provided in the Regulation on the method for determining the ecological acceptable flow (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina 4/2013).
Changes regard the contents of article 21 (paragraph 3) that sets issues on the process of determination of environmentally friendly flow for a heavily modified water body, which is here reedited as follows: "The methodology for determining the environmentally acceptable flow will be adopted by the Federal Minister of Agriculture, Water Management and Forestry, with the consent of the Federal Minister of Environment and Tourism, no later than 21 July 2021.
