Regulation amending the Regulation on the method for determining the ecological acceptable flow.

This Regulation amends and adds several provisions to the Regulation on the method for determining the ecological acceptable flow (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina 4/2013 and already amended in Gazettes 56/2016 and 62/2019).
Changes are regarding the contents of article 5 (Exceptions in determining ecological acceptable flow), article 8 (assessment levels), article 10 (hydrological data), 11 (general assessment determination of flows), 13 (Budget Report - General Assessment), 20 (assessment in the process of obtaining prior water consent), article 21 (cancelled), 22 (Requirements on the method of monitoring), 23 (Monitoring), 24 (Method of reporting and monitoring of data on hourly values of monitoring results), 25 (provisions on previously issued water acts, also added new sub-articles).
