Abstract
This Regulation amends several provisions of the Regulation on minimum technical-technological and personnel conditions for the production of wine and other grape and wine products (originally published in the Official Gazette of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina 2/2013, and already amended in Gazettes 86/2013 and 18/2015).
Changes are related to amended and added contents to articles 1 (general provisions), 3 (facilities engaged in wine bottling), 4 (equipment issues), 5 (professional education and related requirements), 7 (request for issuance of a decision on fulfillment of prescribed conditions), and to article 8 (inspection/verification expert Commissions related provisions).
