Abstract
This Regulation prescribes the minimum technical-technological and personnel conditions that has to be met by facilities and related technical equipment that is used by wine producers engaged in the production and processing of wine and other grape and wine products.
Wine producer involved in the production process must have: a) adequate space for the reception and processing of grapes, production, care and storage of produced wine and other grape and wine products; b) appropriate equipment and devices; c) appropriate professional staff. Other specific processing issues and indications are listed in articles 3-6. Rules regarding the procedure denominated as “declaration on fulfillment of conditions” are laid down in articles 7 and 8.
