Abstract
This Regulation adds and amends certain provisions part of the Regulation on the procedure for payment of compensation for harmlessly removed seropositive animals (originally published in the Official Gazette of Bosnia and Herzegovina 98/2012).
Changes are related to added contents to the article 7 (list of necessary documentation); minor adjustments to article 8; and added article 2a (“Owners of harmlessly removed animals are entitled to compensation for damage in the event of sudden death of animals if occurred during the implementation of ordered measures”).
