This Regulation here determines the amount of fees for mandatory expert inspections that shall be performed over production lots of seeds and planting material of forest and horticultural varieties of trees and shrubs.
This kind of expert supervision and inspection is aimed for determining the quality of seeds and planting material and for consequential issuance of related seed and planting material declaration or certifications. The fee for this type of professional control in seed production facilities is calculated for the control of a single plant or facility (group of seed trees, stands, seed stand, seed plantations) and refers to the control of seed origin, application of certain production methods of selected and normal seeds, purity and actual health status of such seed facilities.
